British Accent Please

Twas a less than rudimentary understanding of the concepts of offer and acceptance that led me to thrice embarking upon the journey that was contract law back in Uni days.
The case law is relatively clear, yet vaguely open to interpretation. I trust I needn't remind you of Saint John Tugboat Co v. Irving Refinery Ltd (1964), Carlill v. Carbolic Smokeball Co (1892), Butler Machine Tool Co Ltd v. Ex-Cell-O Corporation Ltd England (1979), or BrotherlyLuvLuvr (nee Forgot My Jock) v. Stadnicky (sd2k6).
Thusly I hereby with gratitude and fortitude proceed with conveyance of the contractual detailificos:
Iffy trades Tavares to Outlaws for Stamkos.
Let's see if this sticks.
Pls FU and revert with the needful.
(All Star may be retained to explain the shorthand herewith.)

Checked the PPG and it looks good. Approved.

Any trade that gets Stamkos off Outlaws roster is a good trade in my book - I approve.

ok ok ... I'll agree to the trade .... hopefully Taveras's hot hand will continue to the end of the year at least!

Sorry, I'm a little late on the FU and it looks like the others have already taken care of the needful.
