PRESS RELEASE:
Nov 16, 2010
Superdraft GM's All-Star Eagleson and Happy Gilmore have agreed to a surprise trade before the November 20th Free Agent draft. Gilmore has agreed to acquire All-Star's November 20th Free Agent pick in exchange for his 5th round pick in the Superdraft 2011/12 entry draft.
"Since I'm kicking ass in the pool right now I feel no need to make changes at the free agent draft on the 20th. If it ain't broke bla bla bla, right? Might as well let the 'little people' make some inconsequential moves and improve the moral of the pool." Eagleson was quoted over the phone from his posh Calgary mansion. "The lack of trash talk on the blog just goes to show that most GMs have given up on even trying to beat me. Especially Iffy, he made a lot of noise at the beginning of the season but since Eberle and Hall started leading the league in 'weak play' he hasn't come out of his turtle shell. Listen, Iggy and Bourque are coming over to play some NHL 2011 I gotta get the beers on ice. Smell ya later"
Sources have said that Happy Gilmore was desperate enough to give up a 3rd round pick but All-Star Eagleson didn't want to "bust his balls" so he charitably agreed to the 5th rounder.
The trade is still pending Superdraft officials approval.

As the story goes, Iggy and Bourque play a lot better on the road, when they can let down their guard and "just release the pressure that comes from the restrictions placed on them by the rigor of family life".
Applied to NHL 2011, simply increase their "Queer Boost" to the max and let the good time roll.
Trade approved by me. Two more approvals and you're home free.
Thanks for not busting my balls. Looking forward to my comeback.
As I race to the bottom, I see no problem with the trade. Long live Ilya (thanks Tim - do you want him back? There maybe a deal!)
I approve of the trade but not of Iffy's blasphemy.
