To stop the further spread of backstabbing, Howie has decided to try and patch things up with the poor victim Milfy.
Effective at the Trade Deadline, the deal is:
Howie trades Markov and Sbisa and in return gets Boyle and some over-the-counter-pick-me-uppers from Milfy. Approvals please, I need those drugs!!!
