From my perspective, there's not much business unfinished for this year. The little chart above shows the Top 10 NHL scorers as of Thursday. The red highlighting signifies that the player will definitely be available for next year. These are the players that are ineligible to be heldover. The green highlights are my expectations of next year's holdovers.

All I'm going to say is "Hey Gonchar. Did you see what that underpaid Neidermayer did tonight? Let's see if you can get yourself into the top 50 too."
